After 72 hours, the 50% deposit is non-refundable — but if your plans change, we’ll move your reservation to another available week that same year, or push it to the following year, at no extra charge.

Full balance is due immediately upon arrival at the ranch, or before.

The ranch sits at roughly 4,100 feet, with a continental climate and low humidity.

Winter brings temperatures well below freezing, especially at night, with January typically the coldest month. Snow is frequent. Pack heavy jackets, thermal layers, gloves, hats, and waterproof boots.

Spring turns milder through March and April, though residual snow isn’t unusual. May is one of the wettest months. Dress in layers with a waterproof jacket and shoes suited to wet ground.

Summer is hot, bright, and dry, with July the hottest month and days easily reaching the 80s and 90s — nights stay cool. Lightweight, breathable clothing plus a hat and sunscreen for the day, a light jacket for evening.

Fall cools gradually through September before dropping quickly late in the season, with first snowfall usually arriving by November. Bring mid-layers and warm clothing.
